If you are like most people, you may not have been blessed with perfect breasts. Or, over time, your breasts may have started to sag and lose that plump, perky look. Until recently, the only way to deal with these problems was with implant surgery, which requires anesthesia, incisions, stitches, and a lengthy recovery.
Recent medical innovation has given us a new way to reshape breasts using natural fat transfer. At Restore Medical Clinic, we can enhance your breasts with the fat that’s already in your body, dramatically improving your physical appearance and giving you a more youthful, sculpted look. What’s more, a fat transfer breast augmentation has the added benefit of slimming the donor region such as the hips, belly or thighs.
What is natural breast augmentation with fat transfer?
A fat transfer is what the name suggests: A transfer of fat from one part of your body to another. Utilizing the revolutionary HD liposuction technique, our surgeon takes the unwanted, excess fat from your abdomen, thighs, lower back, arms, or other areas and then uses it to perform a breast augmentation. In other words, you get rid of the fat that you don’t want, putting it where you DO want it!
What are the benefits of breast augmentation?
Because breasts are made up mostly of fat in the first place, your body can easily accept more of your own fat cells in the area. Nothing foreign enters your body during a fat transfer breast augmentation, and the procedure is extremely safe. Some of the key benefits of fat transfer are:

Who is a good candidate for breast augmentation with fat transfer?
If you are a healthy non-smoker with no major medical issues or concerns, chances are that you qualify for a natural breast enhancement procedure using fat transfer. Of course, it’s important that you have adequate donor fat available to augment the breasts. Patients pursuing this treatment usually fare best if they desire only moderate increases in cup size, and they have realistic expectations for their results.
What can I expect after my procedure?
Minor swelling, bruising or tenderness is normal after a fat transfer procedure. You will receive prescriptions for pain medications, as well as antibiotics after your surgery. A compression garment will be provided to you, which helps to minimize your swelling and keep your new, augmented breast shape looking wonderful.
You should take care to avoid strenuous activity and heavy lifting for at least 3-4 weeks post-op, although many clients return to work and their normal routine after 1-2 weeks, provided their job is not physically demanding. At around 6 weeks post-op most swelling will have completely subsided, and you will be able to see improvement clearly in your beautiful, naturally enhanced breasts.
What can I expect from my results?
A small percentage of the fat cells that are transferred to your breasts will be flushed out in the weeks after the procedure, but you can expect about 80% of the “new” fat cells to survive and provide long-lasting shape and volume. If you follow the basic post-procedure guidelines and maintain a healthy lifestyle, you can expect to keep your new breasts for years to come.
