How does Votiva work?
Votiva offers women an advanced treatment for genital tissue regeneration. As you age, your body stops producing the same volume of collagen and elastin, leading to vaginal laxity, dryness, and incontinence. Childbirth, menopause and aging affect all body tissues, including the muscles and tissues of the vagina and vulva. As the tissues lose their natural elasticity, it can lead to troubling effects, including painful intercourse, and decreased sensitivity and enjoyment during intimacy. Votiva vaginal rejuvenation works by stimulating natural collagen and elastin production for a non-surgical, non-hormonal treatment that is easy, safe, and gentle.
What are the benefits of Votiva feminine health treatments?
The benefits of underdoing Votiva treatments include:
- Restored blood flow
- Tighter vaginal tissues
- Tightened outer and inner lips
- Reduces urinary incontinence
- Restores natural moisture
- No downtime
- Increases sexual response and pleasure
What can I expect?
The treatment experience is not painful, although you will feel the heat energy emitted by the device. The Votiva system offers both external and internal devices to restore both the inner and outer structures. At Restore Med Clinic, we understand the need for privacy, discretion, and compassionate care. Your treatment will require only ten to forty minutes to complete, based on what is needed in your case. Votiva treatments are administered by our board certified gynecologist, Dr. Terese Harris.

How do I prepare for a Votiva treatment?
There is little preparation needed for treatments with Votiva. You will need to avoid intercourse for 24 hours before your treatment, and avoid taking NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen or non-steroidal anti-inflammatories such as Advil for 72 hours before your procedure.
How many treatments will I need?
For the best results, you may need several treatments. Most women under our care have three sessions. Votiva is performed every four to six weeks. You will experience a difference after a single treatment, but a more thorough degree of vaginal regeneration can be achieved with a series of treatments.
